A hidden gem near the city

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of our room and the friendly demeanor of the owner. The location was ideal for our family visits, and we appreciated the warmth of a true mom-and-pop experience.

Nosiey - busy highway in front and train track across the street with loud trains going by at all hours

It was clean quite and we were able to relax comfortably. It was also in a great shopping and dining area!

The room was sparkling clean and had good decor that felt cozy yet modern. Access was easy with my car parked right outside the door, especially with my belongings.

Update security features for peace of mind.

It appeared relatively clean I have stayed in worse for more but I have stayed in far better for half the price

No coffe in rooms. Lobby coffe out of order.

The front desk person was pleasant and efficient.

The motel lacked security features, giving me an uneasy feeling. Basic decor. The fridge didn't appear to be working, and the pool was closed .

Despite it being an older motel, it was clean and quiet.

While coffee was available, it would have been nice to have had something in the breakfast line e.g muffins, donuts, to make the morning easier. Yet since there were many places near by this was not a real drawback.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our trip to Brimfield, only about 20 minutes away. There was a nice small outdoor pool.

First disappointment, they gave us a room with double beds, not a king as booked, so we had to sleep separately, which upset my husband. Second, the room was never cleaned, even though we were gone for 8+ hours and had hung the "please make up room" sign. First we were told that the staff must have forgotten, then later they told us that we had the "do not disturb" sign up, which is a lie. We did not feel like we were given honest answers, nor did we feel like they cared. They did offer to have the room made up because by then it was too late. All I wanted to do was take a bath, but the lever to fill the tub was missing and we had to fill the tub by running the shower for quite a while.

I was genuinely impressed by how updated and clean everything was, especially immersed in a beautiful evening walk. It exceeded my expectations from my previous visit in ludlow, and i appreciated the cozy atmosphere along with friendly management. My family felt right at home.

Not enough pillows on the bed. Carpet a bit shabby with an iron burn mark on it.

Clean room, comfortable room, with convenient amenities like coffee in the lobby and free parking right outside made my stay enjoyable, and the 24-hour reception made check-in easy as I arrived from the nearby airport.

I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the convenience of nearby parks like Five Mile Pond Park, just over 3 kilometers away for some nature walks, while the Blue Elephant Restaurant, only a short walk away, offered delicious meals to refuel after a day of exploring.
